Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. During busy periods or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website.

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, and Austria.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email so you can follow your delivery.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility lies with the shipping provider. If an issue occurs, please contact us and we will assist where possible.

All returns must be submitted through our Return Portal on the website. Returns sent without an approved request cannot be processed.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned with all labels and hangtags attached

Jewelry must be returned in the original Calivra jewelry box.

Return shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery via the Return Portal, including clear photos.

Once approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement free of charge, or
  • Issue a full refund

Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed.
