At Calivra, we process and ship your order with great care. On this page you will find all information related to shipping, delivery times, and what to expect once your order has been placed.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders placed through our website.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Delivery Time
Our delivery time is typically between 2 and 6 business days, depending on the destination. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow your delivery. We ship using PostNL. Please note that delivery may take longer during busy periods, such as holidays or large sale events.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy and Spain.
Delivery times may vary by region.
Responsibility for Loss or Damage
Once your order has been handed over to PostNL, responsibility for transportation lies with the carrier. We recommend checking your parcel carefully upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist in contacting the carrier to find a suitable solution. Please note that parcels delivered to neighbors or an incorrect address by the carrier do not count as “incorrectly supplied” under our return policy.
Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied (wrong item, size, color, or quantity), you must submit your return request within 48 hours days of delivery through our Return Portal. Your request must include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
Not Satisfied or Wrong Size Ordered
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you ordered the wrong size, you may submit a return request within 14 days of delivery through our Return Portal. The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with all labels and hangtags attached. Once your return is received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it may be returned after delivery through our standard 14-day return policy.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns cannot be accepted if the item is used, worn, or damaged, if labels or hygiene seals have been removed, if the return period has expired, or if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
Delivery During Holidays
During busy periods, shipping may take longer than usual.
We recommend placing your order early to avoid delays.

We accept Maestro, iDEAL, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Visa, and MasterCard.
All payments are securely processed through our payment service providers.
