Payment Processing

All payments made on our website are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other certified payment partners. Supported payment methods include iDEAL, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Bancontact. Calivra does not store full payment card information. All transactions are encrypted and handled by trusted third-party payment processors.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Shipping costs are free for all orders placed directly through our website.
Our standard delivery time is 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or high-demand periods. Calivra is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including carrier delays or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

Returns and Cancellations

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. All return requests must be submitted through our official Return Portal. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and hangtags attached. Jewelry must be returned in the original Calivra jewelry box. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned through the standard 14-day return process. Applicable Law

This Legal Notice, as well as any disputes arising from the use of this website, is governed by Dutch law. Any legal disputes may be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
