Orders
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service. An order is only considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation from us. The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information. Incorrect information may lead to delays or additional costs.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payments can be made using Maestro, iDEAL, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Bancontact, Visa, and MasterCard.
Payment processing is handled securely via Shopify Payments or other certified payment partners.
Shipping and Delivery
Our standard delivery time is 2 to 6 business days, depending on the destination. Shipping is free on all orders placed directly through our website. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email. We currently ship to
The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain and Italy. Calivra is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or delays caused by the carrier. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once it has been handed over to the carrier.
Returns and Cancellations
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
All return requests must be submitted through our Return Portal, and returns must meet the following conditions: products must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and returned with all original labels and hangtags attached. Jewelry must be returned in the original Calivra jewelry box. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
For defective or incorrectly supplied items, customers must submit their return request within 48 hours days of delivery through the Return Portal, including clear photos of the issue.
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned through the standard 14-day return policy.
Warranty and Liability
All products come with a legal warranty of 2 years for manufacturing defects.
Calivra is not liable for damage caused by improper or careless use of the product.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact customer support so we can review your case and provide a suitable solution. Items with damaged or missing original product packaging are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product itself arrived clearly damaged. This refers only to product packaging such as jewelry boxes or garment bags, not to shipping boxes used during transport.
Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
Customer data may be used for processing orders, improving our services, and marketing purposes. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. More details can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Calivra and is protected by copyright law. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
