At Calivra, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can submit a return request through our Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns must comply with the conditions listed below.
How to Start a Return
All return requests must be submitted through our official Return Portal.
Through the portal, you will enter your email address, phone number, and order number, select the item you want to return, choose the return reason, upload photos when required for defective or incorrectly supplied items, and submit your request.
We will review your request within 1–2 business days. Please wait for approval before sending your return.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, items must be unused and unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and returned with all original labels, hangtags, and accessories attached. Clothing must be returned in the original packaging, and jewelry must be returned in the original Calivra jewelry box. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Customers may choose any shipping carrier to return their items.
Defective or Incorrectly Supplied Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, you must submit your request within 48 hours of delivery through the Return Portal. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once approved, we will either send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund. Requests submitted after 5 days cannot be processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if the item is used or damaged, if labels or hygiene seals have been removed, if the return window has expired, or if the item is not returned in its original packaging.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already shipped, it can be returned after delivery through the standard 14-day return policy.
Return Address
Once your return request is approved, the Return Portal will display the correct return address. Please do not send returns without approval.
