You may submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be made through our official Return Portal.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Jewelry must be returned in the original Calivra jewelry box.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied (wrong item, size, color, or quantity).
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you must report this within 48 hours of delivery through our Return Portal, including clear photos of the issue.
Important
A carrier misdelivery (for example, delivered to neighbors or the wrong address) does not count as “incorrectly delivered” under our policy.
